Rehab Hub - Lower Costs, more value!

At the Rehab Hub, we understand that athletes face a variety of challenges when it comes to rehabilitating from an injury. That's why we offer a holistic approach to sports rehabilitation that takes into account every aspect of an athlete's physical and emotional well-being.

Why is the Rehab Hub superior to Pay as you go Physio Models?

While traditional pay as you go physio models have their benefits, the Rehab Hub at Resistance Sports Science offers a more comprehensive and personalised approach to rehabilitation that sets it apart from these models.

One of the main advantages of the Rehab Hub is the team of experienced practitioners who work together to create a personalised rehabilitation plan for each athlete. This team includes physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, chiropractors, and remedial therapists, who all have extensive experience working with athletes of all levels. By bringing together this range of expertise, the Rehab Hub is able to address every aspect of an athlete's physical and emotional well-being, which can lead to better outcomes in terms of both injury recovery and athletic performance.

In addition, the Rehab Hub's focus on ongoing support and encouragement is another key advantage. Unlike traditional pay as you go physio models, the Rehab Hub provides over 25 hours of supervised strength training to each athlete, allowing practitioners to monitor progress and adjust the rehab plan as needed. This level of support can be especially important for athletes who are recovering from more serious injuries, as it can help them stay motivated and on track with their recovery.

Another benefit of the Rehab Hub is the personalised performance programming that athletes receive. This programming is designed to complement their rehab plan and focuses on building strength, power, and speed, essential for optimal athletic performance. This means that athletes can work towards their goals and return to their sport at a higher level than they were before their injury.

Finally, the Rehab Hub's 24/7 access gym membership to World Gym Stafford provides athletes with the flexibility to continue their rehab and strength training outside of their scheduled appointments. This level of access is not typically available with traditional pay as you go physio models and can be especially helpful for athletes who are balancing their rehab with work or other commitments.

What does Rehab and Performance Programming look when joining the Rehab Hub?

When an athlete joins the Rehab Hub, they receive a personalised rehabilitation plan that takes into account their unique needs and goals. This plan is designed to help the athlete achieve their maximum potential while minimising the risk of re-injury. Our practitioners pay close attention to every detail of the athlete's physical condition to create a comprehensive plan that addresses any muscle imbalances, strength deficits, or other issues that may be contributing to the athlete's injury. We believe that a multi-disciplinary approach is the key to successful rehabilitation, which is why we offer a range of therapies that can be tailored to meet the needs of each athlete.

Individual Programs for every Rehab Hub Athlete

In addition to our rehabilitation services, we also offer performance programming that is designed to complement the athlete's rehab plan. Each athlete works closely with a sports scientist to create a personalised program that focuses on building strength, power, and speed, essential for optimal athletic performance. We believe that the key to successful rehabilitation is ongoing support and encouragement, which is why we provide over 25 hours of supervised strength training to each athlete. This allows us to monitor progress and adjust the rehab plan as needed to ensure that the athlete is on track to achieve their goals.

As part of our commitment to supporting our athletes, we offer a 24/7 access gym membership to World Gym Stafford. This means that athletes can continue their rehab and strength training outside of their scheduled appointments, at a time that suits them best. We believe that this level of access is essential for successful rehabilitation and are proud to offer it to our athletes.
